If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, customers should:

While we are happy to assist in investigating delivery issues, Mikaela's Closet cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages that carriers have officially marked as delivered.

Mikaela's Closet shall not be held liable for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
