Mikaela's Closet operates using a direct-from-supplier fulfillment model. To reduce waste, minimize excess inventory, and lower our environmental impact, certain products are shipped directly from our international supplier network.
As a result, approved returns may need to be sent to our supplier's designated return facility, which may be located outside your country of residence, including China.
Customers must contact us first before sending any return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

Mikaela's Closet is not responsible for packages that are marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

If an incorrect shipping address has been entered, customers must notify us within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing info@mikaelascloset.com.
While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once order processing has begun.
